Will Bletchley Leisure Centre be open on Friday 1st November?
We are pleased to confirm that Bletchley Leisure Centre will open as normal on Friday 1st November 2024. Our mobilization team will be working through the night on the 31st October to transfer over the IT systems and access to the centre will operate as normal with our usual opening hours.
How can I make a booking?
All bookings will be live for 1st November, which members and pay as you go customers will be able to make either via the website at https://bletchleyleisurecentre.co.uk/ or via our free My MORE App, which can be downloaded at https://www.morefitness.app/. In order to make a booking via the website or the app you will need to register your membership for an online account, which you can do so via the website when you go to make a booking much closer to the transfer date. You can find helpful instructions on how to do this at https://morefitness.app/frequently-asked-questions/
Please note you will not be able to book anything for 1st November and beyond or register for an online account just yet, but all bookings for anything on or before 31st October can still be booked on the InspireAll app.
Will there be a new member mobile app?
There certainly will! We’d like to introduce you to your new My MORE App. The My MORE App is completely free for all our members and is a fantastic motivational tool to help support you with your fitness journey, including exclusive workout tracking, training plans, customer rewards, card-free access to your centre and monthly fitness challenges too!
You can get prepared for 1st November and download the app to your device by visiting https://www.morefitness.app/ today and downloading it from either the Apple or Google Play Store. You can find useful information on how to do this at https://morefitness.app/frequently-asked-questions/
However, please be aware that until 1st November, your centre location may not be available to choose from within the selection of centres in the app. This will appear as an option either just prior to or on the morning of 1st November.
Will my membership carry on during the changeover?
Absolutely! There is no need to worry, all memberships that are currently active with InspireAll will be transferred over automatically, so members won’t have to do anything during the transfer of their memberships. If you do have any questions at all, we will have friendly team members at the centre from 21st October to answer any concerns you may have.
Will I have a new member number?
As part of the changeover to MORE Leisure, you will have a brand-new member number from 1st November. This will be sent to you in either an email or a letter prior to 1st November. This new member number will now start with "BZ" instead of "BLC". This new member number, will also be your membership barcode number. Until 1st November, please continue to use your current InspireAll member number.
Will I have a new membership card?
As part of our commitment to the environment we would encourage all members to use the My MORE App instead of a membership card. Within the My MORE App you can add your membership number to generate your member barcode, which can be scanned at the turnstile to access the centre. Any existing membership cards will no longer be active, so all members will need to register for the My MORE App to get their membership barcode for centre access.
Do pay as you go users need a membership?
All pay as you go members and activity bookers will require a membership to use our facilities. From 1st November in order to access our centres on a pay-as-you-go or casual booking basis, you will need a free MORE Membership. Our complimentary MORE Membership gives casual customers who use our facility for things such as court hire and casual swimming a host of member benefits with no formal contract. With a free MORE Membership, you'll be able to access all the features on our My MORE App - from booking into classes & activities online, card-free centre access, tracking your workouts and gaining reward points to redeem in the centre and more!
Will there be any changes to swimming lessons?
For swimming lesson members, your swimming lessons will stay the same and continue to follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway. Lessons will run for 50 weeks of the year, including Bank Holidays, pausing for Christmas and the New Year. The main change to swimming lessons will be that we use our own MORE Swimming portal. You will be able to access the MORE Swimming portal by visiting https://serco.courseprogress.co.uk/login and from 1st November you will be able to register for the system by visiting https://serco.courseprogress.co.uk/register, but please do not register before this date as your details will not yet be in the system.
If you would like to sign-up yourself or your child for swimming lessons for the first time you will be able to do so from 1st November by visiting one of our friendly team members at your local facility.
When will my Direct Debit be taken?
InspireAll will communicate to you regarding your October 2024 Direct Debit payment. More Leisure Community Trust (MCLT) are working closely with InspireAll to ensure your Direct Debit is transferred over without any issue. MLCT are working towards a Direct Debit collection of 1st November 2024 and will be in touch again to confirm the date of this collection. Additionally, we can confirm the collection will be on the 1st of each month going forward.
What will happen to my personal training sessions?
Any personal training sessions already booked in will be honoured with their current instructor and future PT sessions can be booked from 1st November 2024.
Can we expect to see the same Group Exercise timetable?
Yes! We plan on maintaining the same group exercise timetable that our members have been used to. Our group exercise timetable will always be reviewed to make sure we are providing our valued members with the best workouts possible.
Can we still hire out areas of the facility such as courts, swimming pool and sports hall?
Yes, all of our facilities will now be bookable and hireable for members and clubs & groups through contacting the centre directly.
Will the café remain open?
Our café will remain open and we look forward to seeing you for a cuppa. There may be some changes to the products you are used to seeing, but we think you’ll enjoy them!
Will you be making any improvements to the facilities?
Yes, we will be carrying out a refresh of the gym and aim to complete this before the end of 2024. We will be taking the time to update the look and feel of the centre, keep an eye out for new notice boards, new branding and a fresh coat of paint. We will keep members updated with our progress on these works.
Will there be any price changes?
We have no immediate plans to change our membership and pay as you go prices. We do review all of our pricing on an annual basis to ensure our competitive pricing allows us to provide our members with the top-quality leisure experience they expect.
Will my membership still give me access to InspireAll sites?
As we are only taking on the operation of Bletchley Leisure Centre, your membership will be for this centre only.
How do I contact the new operators?
We will be continuing to use the existing phone line from 1st November 01908 377251, or you can email us at leisure.bletchley@serco.com.
